At Riwa Official, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our exchange policy below:
Conditions for Exchange
- Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, with all tags intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- A valid reason for exchange must be stated, such as receiving a defective item, the wrong size, or an incorrect article.
- The customer must submit a request for exchange (via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- The item must not have any odors, perfume scents, stains, or signs of use/washing.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Articles purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.
- If an article purchased at regular price later goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the sale price.
Courier Charges & Responsibilities
- If the customer ordered the wrong size, they may request a size change; however, the customer will bear courier charges.
- The customer is responsible for sending the product back to Riwa Official and will also be charged for return courier expenses.
Important Notes
- Riwa Official maintains a strict NO refund policy; cash-back is not available.
- The exchange policy applies once the customer has placed an order and has received the parcel, or payment has been processed.
